With over 26 years management and leadership experience in the events and hospitality industries, my passion is helping people succeed and allowing them the time to discover how they can best apply themselves.  This has led me to becoming a fully certified Gallup Strengths Coach in 2018.

I am sensitive to each individual during the coaching process and customise my approach based on the circumstances.  I have a unique ability to help teams identify areas of engagement so they can put their best foot forward - together.  I am dedicated and focussed on your end goal and will provide you the necessary tools to get you there.
